How do I track my parcel?
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier link (DPD or Colissimo). You can also find it in your customer account.
When does my order ship?
Within 24 to 48 business hours when all parts are in stock. For made-to-order parts, the lead time is shown on the product page; we let you know if a manufacturer is running late.
Is free delivery available outside France?
No: it applies to DPD Pickup points in mainland France, on orders from €99.
What if I am not home for the delivery?
With DPD Predict, you can move the appointment or choose a pickup point from the DPD email. At a Pickup point, your parcel waits for you for several days.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the parcel has not shipped: write to us quickly with your order number.
